Organic Pigment For Coating Strong coloring

Organic pigments are bright colors, strong coloring, non-toxic; commonly used in ink, paint, rubber products, plastic products, cultural and educational supplies and building materials such as coloring. Among them, the use of organic pigments is very wide, there are many varieties, can be divided into three types:

1: water-soluble paint

1) Polyvinyl alcohol water glass coating (106 interior wall paint). To polyvinyl alcohol resin aqueous solution and water glass as the base material, mixed with appropriate filler, organic pigments and a small amount of surfactant made. This paint is non-toxic, tasteless, non-combustible, inexpensive, is a wide range of interior wall paint.

2) Polyvinyl formaldehyde coating (SI-803 interior wall paint). To 107 glue as the main film-forming material, is "106" improved products, water resistance and abrasion resistance slightly better than 106 interior wall paint.

3) modified polyvinyl alcohol coating. Compared with "106" and "107", the water resistance and the abrasion resistance are obviously improved, and the inner wall can also be used as the external wall paint.

2: emulsion type paint

1) Polyvinyl acetate latex paint. It is dispersed in the water of the emulsifier with synthetic resin particles, and the resulting emulsion is a film-forming substance. Is a mid-range interior wall paint, generally used indoors and not directly for outdoor use.

2) B-C latex paint. Polyvinyl acetate and acrylic copolymer emulsion for the film-forming material, its water resistance, durability are better than polyvinyl acetate latex paint, and has a gloss.

3) benzene - acrylic latex paint. With styrene, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid ternary copolymer emulsion as film-forming material, its durability, water resistance, abrasion resistance are excellent, for the high-grade interior paint.

3: solvent-based paint.

1) perchlorethylene exterior paint. To perchlorethylene as the main film-forming material, beautiful and durable, can be used for external walls can also be used for interior walls.

2) Acrylic exterior paint. To thermoplastic acrylic resin as the main film-forming material, is a high-quality exterior paint, life expectancy of up to 10 years.

3) Polyurethane exterior paint. Polyurethane or other synthetic resin composite as a film-forming material, is a two-component curing high-quality, high-grade exterior paint, but the price is higher.

4) natural paint. There are raw lacquer, cooked paint points, good performance, the film hard, shiny, but anti-sun exposure, poor oxidation resistance, suitable for high-grade furniture and ancient architectural parts of the coating. Pigment paste is widely used in a variety of interior and exterior architectural coatings, water-based industrial coatings, water-based wood coatings. The use of colorants in latex paints is a mixture of two dispersions. Pigment in the pigment in the role of surfactant dispersed in the water, the performance of surfactants, the number of pigment determines the content, degree of dispersion and stability; and latex paint in the film under the action of the role of surfactant Dispersed in water, the nature of the surfactant, the number of latex paint determines the average particle size, gloss and stability. 2 kinds of decentralized system compatibility will be the following problems:

① If the type of dispersant used in the paste does not match, the dispersant will react with each other and break the milk.

② If the amount of dispersant used in the paste is not enough, it will lead to poor stability of architectural coatings;

③ If the amount of dispersant used in the paste is too much, it will make the coating water resistance, drying performance is poor;

④ If the pigment cohesion, will lead to paint color strength decreased, hue changes, hiding power decreased, gloss decreased, poor mobility, poor leveling.
